Refund Policy

Introduction

At Great Vacationz, we are committed to delivering excellent services. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds for our packages.

Eligibility for Refunds

  1. Refunds are applicable for cancellations made within the specified time frame mentioned in the package details.
  2. Refunds will not be processed for cancellations due to:
  • No-show (failure to arrive on the scheduled date).
  • Late arrival after the trip has started.

Refund Process

  1. Submit a written cancellation request via email to [email protected].
  2. Refund requests will be processed after verification, and the payment will be credited to your bank account within 5-7 working days.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations 36 Days or More Before Departure:

  • 80% of the package cost will be refunded for cancellations made 36 days or more before the departure date.
  • If the full package cost has been paid, 20% will be deducted, and the balance will be refunded.

Cancellations 21 to 35 Days Before Departure:

  • 50% of the package cost will be refunded for cancellations made between 21 to 35 days before the departure date.
  • If the full package cost has been paid, 50% will be deducted, and the balance will be refunded.

Cancellations Within 20 Days Before Departure:

  • No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 20 days before the departure date.

Non-Refundable Items

  1. Deposits or Advance Payments: Refunds are not applicable unless explicitly stated in the package details.
  2. Late Cancellations: Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made after the specified deadlines.

Force Majeure

No refunds will be provided for cancellations, disruptions, or modifications caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural Disasters (earthquakes, floods, etc.)
  • Political Unrest (riots, strikes, etc.)
  • Pandemics or Epidemics
  • Government Restrictions or Travel Bans
